1. Copy “joes_small_tuner_sp” folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
2. Add “joes_small_tuner_sp” to the dlclist.xml
RageMP:
1. Copy “joes_small_tuner_ragemp” folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
2. Add “joes_small_tuner_ragemp” to the dlclist.xml
FiveM:
1. Put the “joes_small_tuner_fivem” into your resource Folder.
2. ensure “joes_small_tuner_fivem” into your Server.cfg
