XtremeTool Enhanced 1.2
This mod allows for large pedestrian crowds and removes crucial limitations from the Rockstar Advanced Game Engine.

Added new PED_LIMIT and VEH_LIMIT parameters to XtremeTool.ini. These values control the maximum number of peds and vehicles that can be loaded and spawned.
Overview
The mod provides full customization of the following features of GTA5’s Engine:
– Main Heap Size
– Resource Heap Size
– Pool Heap Size
– Ped Memory Budget
– Vehicle Memory Budget
– Ambient Ped Amount
– Scenario Ped Amount
– Ambient Vehicle Amount
– Parked Vehicle Amount
XtremeTool allows you to assign an unlimited amount of RAM to each Heap.
In addition, a variety of limitations have been removed from the game which prevented large crowds to spawn.
The mod was developed and tested for the latest GTA5 Enhanced version on steam (10th Dec 2025).
It is recommended to have at least 8-16 GB of RAM and 4 GB of VRAM installed. If you run into performance issues, try lowering the spawn parameters in the XtremeTool.ini config file.

Installation
– Put the XtremeTool.asi and XtremeTool.ini into the main folder of the game
– Done!
