Add-on:
with OpenIV drop gs30098 folder in:
mods/updates/x64/dlcpacks
Then go in:
mods/updates/updates.rpf/common/data
Find dlclist.xml, right-click, edit, and add this line :
dlcpacks:/gs30098/
