We got Part 3, 4, 5(Reskin) and 7 but no Part 8. Well, fear not. I’ll fill this gap myself.

So here he is. The Terror of Manhattan ready to go havoc in Los Santos.
Like with Trapper, when performing the thumbs up action, the thumbs actually won’t go up all the way but there should be no other issues.

It’s recommended to use the Addonpeds-Mod by Meth0d for installing this model.
AddonPeds 3.0.1

Use OpenIV to insert this model into the Addonpeds-DLCPack or replace an existing model in the x64e.rpf.
