1. Copy the bmwm4 folder to
X: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks or X: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks

2:Use OpenIV extract
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line

dlcpacks:\Jelfam4g82mp\

Save it and use OpenIV replace it.

You can use Simple Trainer Spawn it by name JelfaM4G82mp
