Copy the vehicle folder from the Singleplayer folder included in the download.
Open OpenIV and navigate to:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Place the vehicle folder inside the dlcpacks folder.
Open:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
Add a new DLC entry using the included folder name.
Save the file and launch GTA V.
FiveM Installation
Copy the included resource to your server’s resources folder.
Add the resource to your server.cfg using the included resource name.
Restart your server.
