1st Esri CityEngine procedural city in GTAV is the 1st mod to feature a procedurally generated city from the GIS software package and utility – Esri CityEngine.

Map was converted using Autodesk 3ds Max 2016, CodeWalker, Esri CityEngine, – by dexyfex, OpenIV – by GooDNTS
Map is added as a DLC pack – the recommended prerequisites with installation general procedures are listed as follows:

Download and install:
Gameconfig (1.0.2060) for Limitless Vehicles V21.0
Packfile Limit Adjuster 1.1
Heap Limit Adjuster (650 MB of heap!) 1.0.0
CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster 1.0.1

Place the bundled file cec1gta5 in dlcpacks folder inside update and add it to dlclist.xml.
To install, input the files according to folder name and their relative paths using OpenIV.
