Open OpenIV and navigate to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
Copy the .rpf file containing the vehicle into this folder.
Then go to: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\
and locate the dlclist.xml file. Open it and add the following line at the end of the file: dlcpacks:\prado18\
Installation complete! Enter the game.
