ACH-47A Chinook Gunship V1.0
Cargo aircraft and helicopters paired with superior firepower…. A tale old as time.
This time it’s the famous CH-47 Chinook turned into a gunship. The US Army operated a few of these during the Vietnam War, but they never saw extensive use outside of that conflict.
The ACH-47A is armed with 2xrocket pods, 2x20mm cannons and 6 MGs placed all around the helicopter.
The mod brings the Chinook in a US army livery with all these weapons into GTA with a little caveat. The passenger side mounted MGs are not useable. The seats are still there and people can mount, but not use them. The nose turret is useable and so is the one on the rear ramp. Rocket pods and cannons are useable as well. Seats 9 people in total.
The rear ramp is static due to the MG on it. It cannot be closed. Just as a heads up.
Before you use this, make sure to use the CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster by alexguirre to prevent the game from crashing during loading.
