



Neon City Timecycle
Mod contains two folders, one has the mod without controller configs and the other has the mod plus simple controller configs. Keybindings are mostly blank and controller has buttons swapped.
To install drag and drop contents of update rpf folder into update.rpf
HD Vision.ini is a ReShade preset. It uses the following shaders in the default package
– AdaptiveSharpen
– Clarity
– Curves
– FakeHDR
– FilmicPass
– FilmicSharpen
– ReShade
– ReShadeUI
– Vibrance
enbseries.ini goes into the root directory. It is mainly used to remove the spot light effect. Any ENB can be used.
1.6 Update:
Clouds have been adjusted and pop in is completely eliminated!
Solar flair corona had its resolution increased.
Rain mod has been included using the Anime texture with ripple splashes.
Some images resized in graphics.ytd, found a bug in the sky shadows due to size of file.
Included my personal controller options, almost all keyboard keys are blank and the gampad controls have been adjusted for more simple use
Clouds:
Clouds change more rapidly.
Cloud size increased.
Cloud pop in has been mostly eliminated.
New clouds will transition in before old clouds disappear.
Procedural clouds and fog that blocks out stars have been disabled.
Cloud shadows can be seen at night and day.
Nights have more clouds that glow brighter in a full moon.
Weather:
All weathers are used and are variations of extra sunny so every cycle will give a bright different color.
Weather changes more rapidly.
Clearing has light rain, Rain has medium rain, and Thunder has Heavy rain.
Rain puddles and wind ripples increased.
Drying speed of puddles increased.
Snow, Light Snow, and Blizzard are used without snow but as an sunny with wet look.
Effects:
Lens flares and sun rays increased.
All light artifacts and bloom disabled.
Fog is severely reduced and the same color.
Car reflections increased.
Water reflections increased to show night sky.
LOD ranges corrected for reflections, should stop light flicker in puddles.
Sky:
Lightening strikes has been increased with flashes decreased.
Lightening cloud color changed to light blue.
Red glow in night sky is disabled.
Star intensity increased.
Moon and Sun have been increased.
Sun intensity and colors adjusted.
Moon and Sun rise times have been adjusted.
Moon is a real color corrected HDR image.
Stars are custom created individually from Google images.
Light:
Light intensity increased for dawn and sunrise to have a more saturated look.
Neon light intensity in the city has been increased
Sun ray color changed to white.
Artificial light at night in the city is blue.
Exposure has been adjusted to stop brightness constantly being adjusted.
Headlights in cars have been increased for those completely dark roads.
Shadows at night have been increased.
Nights have been standardized to almost look the same.
Nights are completely dark in the woods except the moon glow.
Future To Do List:
Control when and what clouds spawn in weather.
DOF in the distance without making the stars blurry.
More variation of the size of ocean waves.
