UPDATE 1.2, Added:
– More People in Las Puertas Train Station
– More People in School University of San Andreas USLA (Timetable 8:00 to 18:00) look screen for preview
– More People in Bean Machine, eclipse (Timetable 18:00 to 2:00)
– More People in south Los Santos with my custom Bus Station YMAP.xml

This mod tries to bring more realism by making the city of Los santos more alive by adding NPCs in tourist places and in public transport, as well as cars parked in parking lots.

About GANG:
Regarding gangs, I simply made sure that it does not appear during the day or very rarely but rather at night

Because in the United States, neighborhoods like this are usually empty during the day!

HOURS FOR NPC & CARS SPAWN: 7:00 to 23:00
HOURS FOR GANGS SPAWN: 22:00 to 4:00
